Planning Committee and Faculty - Dr. David Leff discloses he is on the Speakers' Bureau for Abbvie, Alfa Sigma, Allergan, Gilead and Salix. Dr. Marc Kaplan will be discussing off-label use of the following: acetaminophen, methadone and NSAIDS.

All relevant financial relationships have been mitigated.
