Dr. Gray has subspecialty training in the field of obstetrics concerned with the care of the fetus and complicated, high-risk pregnancies to decrease maternal morbidity and mortality. Perinatology is also known as maternal-fetal medicine. She is able to provide full service obstetrical care but also works in consultation with obstetricians in the community.

Some of the services provided by Dr. Gray include: management of placenta accreta disorders, management of obesity in pregnancy, placement of cerclage, fetal genetic testing with chorionic villus sampling or amniocentesis, fetal ultrasound diagnosis, in utero fetal interventions such as transfusion and shunt, maternal diabetes care, management of multiple gestations and preterm birth.
