Exhibitors are welcome to book a room at The El Conquistador Resort which sits on 500 acres of high Sonoran Desert terrain in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains. For a special AOMA rate of $185 per night, you can enjoy your choice of four swimming pools, a sauna, driving range, putting green, fitness center, and stunning sunsets from the resort's pool deck or patio.

Conditions of Contract: By purchasing exhibitor understands that there will be no refunds after October 23, 2023, and a $50 cancellation administration fee applies. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to exhibitors’ displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the El Conquistador Tucson and shall indemnify and hold harmless the resort agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
