Anjaly Curley, MD


Dr. Anjaly Belur Curley is a board-certified radiologist and is the Director of Oncologic Imaging/Nuclear Medicine at SimonMed. She enrolled in a combined BS/MD Medical Scholars program where she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Monmouth University and subsequently obtained her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Hahnemann University Hospital/Drexel University College of Medicine, where she was also elected to serve as Chief Resident. Her strong interest in cancer and molecular imaging led her to complete a PET/CT Imaging Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), which was home to the first PET/CT scanner in clinical practice, and where she was able to train among experts in the field. 

She enjoys research and has published and presented in multiple journals and at multiple national meetings, including Cancer, RSNA & ARRS. She has also been recognized as a Top Doctor by Phoenix Magazine for the past five consecutive years. She loves mentoring medical students and encourages them, particularly women, to consider this great specialty! 

In her spare time, Dr. Curley enjoys spending time with her husband Brendan who is a local Oncologist/Hematologist, her two daughters, and her bulldogs, Princess Pumbaa (English) and Princess Poppy (French), the latter who also volunteers as a Therapy Dog.
