Benjamin Russell Richardson, DO
Dr. Richardson graduated from A.T. Still University, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. He later completed his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Texas Tech University in El Paso, Texas.
He became interested in medicine as a teenager. He had somewhat considered medicine as a future career when he took a volunteer position at a small-town doctor’s office; within a few weeks of service, he knew that he wanted to become a doctor. He chose OB-GYN as his specialty because it combines primary care and surgery.
Dr. Richardson is cheerful and understanding while providing compassionate care, encouraging preventative measures to maximize the health of each patient, and utilizing evidence-based medicine in the management of each patient. Dr. Richardson is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a fellow of The American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology.
