Dr. Bell is a board-certified osteopathic obstetrician-gynecologist with over three decades of clinical, academic, and administrative leadership. She currently serves as Associate Clinical Professor at Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she is a co-course director for the second year Osteopathic Principles and Practice curriculum and mentors third- and fourth-year medical students in integrative women's health and GME for OB GYN residency.

A Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Bell has held key roles including Chief Medical Officer, Associate Dean, and Chair of Specialty Medicine. Her expertise spans high-risk obstetrics, hospitalist care, curriculum development, and strategic planning. She is a published contributor to national osteopathic education standards and a frequent presenter on OMM applications in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Bell’s recent practice integrates osteopathic manual medicine with OB/GYN care at Mountain Park Health Center and Midwestern Multispecialty Clinic. She is committed to advancing whole-person healing and bridging evidence-based innovation with osteopathic tradition.
