John Ashurst DO, EdD, MS currently serves as the assistant designated institutional official at Kingman Regional Medical Center and as a clinical assistant professor at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Since the beginning of the COVID pandemic, he has completed numerous research projects on the treatment of COVID-19 and has spoken at both the national and international level on new and emerging treatment strategies with a focus on those in either underserved or rural areas. Currently he teaches evidence-based medicine throughout the valley and has a research interest in osteopathic techniques for the treatment of lymphedema and COVID-19.
