John Ashurst, DO, MSc, FACEP, FACOEP

Dr. John Ashurst is an emergency physician, educator, and researcher at Kingman Regional Medical Center. Over the last two years, he has served in the role as a scientific liaison for the COVID-19 pandemic and provided medical direction for vaccine, monoclonal antibody, and telehealth clinics. He has received several grants to study the effects of COVID-19 on rural populations and has published several manuscripts on the topic. Currently, he oversees the graduate medical education program at Kingman Regional Medical Center and teaches at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, the University of Arizona College of Medicine, and the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine.

Dr. Ashurst is on the Speakers' Bureau for Astra Zenica.
