Juliana Stanley, MBA, FACMPE has spent more than 30 years building a career in healthcare administration, working in just about every role along the way—from reception and billing to office management and consulting. Her wide-ranging experience across states, specialties, and practices gives her a unique perspective on how healthcare works at every level.
She earned her MBA with a focus in healthcare management and has been an active member of the Medical Group Management Association since 2012. Juliana became a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) in 2016 and was honored to achieve fellowship status (FACMPE) in 2024.
Today, she serves as a Risk Management Consultant with MICA, where she enjoys working side by side with physicians, advanced practice providers, and their teams to proactively assess, identify, and mitigate risks that may affect patient safety and quality of care.
A proud Arizona native, Juliana finds joy in capturing the beauty of her home state through black-and-white photography. When she’s not behind the camera, she’s happiest spending time with her husband, grown children, grandchildren, and her beloved Golden Retriever.
