Kim has been working with vulnerable adults, children, and the mentally ill population for over twenty-five years. She graduated from Arizona State University and completed a program to become a Certified Public Manager.

Kim has been a trainer and presenter for both Adult Protective Services and the Department of Child Safety, presenting at the World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD) 2019, 2020, 2021, National Adult Protective Services Association (NAPSA) Conference 2020 and the Child Abuse Prevention Conference.

Kim is a native Arizonian who enjoys hiking, chocolate, and sleep!
