Laurel Anne Mueller, DO, MBA
Laurel Mueller, DO/MBA is a 1980 graduate of Vassar College, earning General Honors and Departmental Honors (Italian). She completed an MBA from The Wharton School (Finance Major) in 1985. After several years on Wall Street, Dr. Mueller went to medical school at the age of 43. She earned Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2004 from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Mueller has devoted her medical career to serving uninsured and under-insured populations at risk.
A leader of the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA), she served as President from 2017-18. In 2015, she was awarded AOMA’s Humanitarian Award for her dedication to underserved populations. Dr. Mueller speaks six languages. She worked for the Indian Health Service and was Clinical Assistant Professor in Family Medicine at Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has participated in several medical missions to Myanmar (formerly Burma). Dr. Mueller is committed to free universal healthcare for all.
