Machrina Leach has developed strategic operations at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health, enhancing community health through innovative immunization campaigns. She has directed strategic operations for immunization campaigns and education-centric healthcare programs and collaborated with private medical providers, federally qualified health care facilities, and public health.
