Mark Boesen is a founding partner at Boesen & Snow Law and the President of HPA Associates (a professional consulting firm). Before establishing the firm, Mark served as the Chairman & CEO of GenRx Pharmacy. Mark’s career also includes service to several pharmaceutical manufacturers, law firms, and pharmacy providers, including: Associate Director of Government Affairs at Alkermes Pharmaceuticals, Associate Attorney at the law firm Quarles & Brady, and VP of Operations and Compliance Officer at Avella Specialty Pharmacy. Mark is also an accomplished association management professional and political advocate with service as Director of Government Affairs at the American Health Quality Association, Director of Government Affairs at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, and the Executive Director of the Maine Association of Substance Abuse Programs. Mark began his professional career in the office of United States Senator John McCain.
