Dr. Choudry is a cognitive neurologist and Associate Director of the Memory Clinic at Banner Sun Health Research Institute in Arizona. She specializes in the diagnosis and management of Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy body dementia, and related neurodegenerative disorders. Dr. Choudhury is actively involved in clinical research focused on improving early and accurate diagnosis of dementia through biomarker development and clinicopathologic correlation.

She serves in national leadership roles within the American Academy of Neurology, Arizona Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center and is deeply committed to advancing evidence-based dementia care through physician education, multidisciplinary collaboration, and system-level innovation. Her work bridges emerging research and practical clinical application to improve outcomes for patients and families living with cognitive disorders.
