Dr. Waldrop is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in both spinal surgery and orthopedic oncology. Dr. Waldrop performed his residency here in Phoenix before completing his spinal training at the University of California San Francisco and oncology training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. Dr. Waldrop has been in private practice for the last 5 years with Sonoran Spine. He currently serves as the network director for the HonorHealth orthopedic service line where he is actively involved in patient reported outcomes and creation of best practices for orthopedics and spine.
