Tasha Harder is a third-year family medicine resident at the Colorado Plateau Family Medicine Residency here in Flagstaff at North Country Healthcare. She is the first chief resident of the program and also recent chosen as AOMA’s resident of the year. Her passion for medicine is rooted in the body’s ability to heal itself and has taken special interest in lifestyle medicine and addiction medicine. In her free time, you can find her out running in the mountains with her dog or camping.
